Pool Open!
Please review the pool policies in the by-laws and pool policies. You can click on the by-laws tab above to view them.
Building Repairs
Building maintenance scheduled this year is building 2 (14202) and hopefully building 3 (14108). Buildings 1 through 3 are the most difficult and time consuming to complete due to the way they were built and products used. Not sure if we will get to both buildings this year. We are also still working on emergency issues with decks, railings, concrete, and siding as they come up.
Pets
Just a reminder all pets are to be leased at all times per the HOA By-Laws. Please also pick up after your pets on walks and around your property!
